Exumas

  • Lined up like a string of pearls, the 365 cays of the Exumas lie surrounded by turquoise-blue water. Most of them are uninhabited and their reefs, caves and beaches are a popular stop on sailing trips.
  • Around the Exumas the water is so inviting that even pigs like to go swimming. Their preferred spot is close to Staniel Cay’s yacht club.
  • Very special animal encounters can also be had in Compass Point: swimming with Nurse Sharks.
  • On Grand Exuma, the 18-hole course of Sandals Emerald Reef Golf Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Bahamas.
