Claudia Majunke decided to found Majunke International Sales after more than 30 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. She started her career in 1984 with an apprenticeship in a travel agency, followed by some years with a tour operator based in Stuttgart which included many stays abroad. In 1994 Claudia successfully opened an office in Frankfurt representing Abercrombie & Kent before joining South African Airways as regional District Manager. In 1999 she joined Kerzner International as head of Sales for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. Her growing responsibilities finally included developing the Russian market for the One&Only and Atlantis brands. In January 2007 she was promoted to Vice President International Sales for One&Only Resorts. In 2010 Claudia decided to start her own business - Majunke International Sales.


In her new position as Sales & Marketing Manager, Christine Kister will draw on more than 25 years’ experience in the tourism industry. After she graduated her training as a bank clerk, she decided to start her professional career at Thomas Cook travel agency in Frankfurt and led a sales team of eight as Department Manager Leisure Sales, Telephone Sales and Japanese Travel Center. In the past nine years, she was employed as Account Manager at Discover the World Marketing, responsible for the leisure- and MICE business of Macau Government Tourist Office and Grenada Board of Tourism in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.


Elena Link looks back on 20 years of experience in tourism industry. Foundation was led at the University of Trier with a degree in tourism geography. After her graduation she started her professional career at The European Tourism Institute, where she actively supported the market research department. In spring 1999 she took over the position of Marketing & PR Manager at The Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority in Bad Homburg. For ten years she was in charge for DACH, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Since 2012 she supports Majunke International Sales as Marketing Executive.


Desiree Brandscheidt gained her first sales and marketing experience while studying tourism. Semesters abroad in San Francisco and Mallorca made her enthusiasm for tourism and travel grow. After completing her studies, Desiree began her professional "journey" with a trainee program at Steigenberger, where she was subsequently taken on in the Convention & Sales department. Since June 2017 Desiree actively supports us as Marketing & Sales Coordinator.


Susanne Green knows the hotel industry inside out. Whether Hyatt, One&Only or Mandarin Oriental - Her Vita reads like the Who's Who of best-known hotels. For many years she was responsible for meetings and incentives and during her time at One&Only she was also able to acquire well-founded knowledge in "Leisure". Susanne is a true all-round genius in tourism. No mountain is too high for her, no river too broad and no task too complex - skills that she brings to our team as Director of Sales with immediate effect.


Alexander Majunke is responsible for Finance, Administration and Information Technology.
